What's the best time of year to visit your factory?

Winter's are cold in china and summers are hot, but if weather doesn't bother you anytime besides chinese new year works! Please confirm trip dates with us just in case as there are other smaller holidays we observe. Closed on weekends.

How does pricing work?

The more you order the lower the price you will be able to get. This is especially true for OEM/ODM products because they are made ONLY for you. All of the development, design and special equipment means there will be a startup cost. The startup cost per unit goes down as the order size goes up.

What's the best way to get to your factory?

We are only an hour away from shanghai and about two hours away from shanghai pudong international airport. If u are already in China, you would need to come to suzhou. High speed trains to either suzhou or suzhou north station and domestic flights to either shanghai hongqiao or wuxi airport are the most convenient. Please confirm with us before coming so we can arrange pickup and to make sure we can accommodate for your trip dates.

What is EM's returns process?

Please contact us before shipping anything to the factory. You will need a confirmation number before we can accept a return.

Do you offer exclusivity?

We do offer exclusivity.

How do I order samples?

You can order samples by sending us a list of items you would like to purchase. Sample costs are slightly higher than regular prices.

How do I place an order?

You can place your orders on our website www.tattooinventory.com or simply send us your order list in any form and we will send you an invoice asap.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept wire transfers, paypal (4% fee), wechat, alipay, and western union.

What currency do you accept?

We accept USD or Chinese Yuan (RMB).

What shipping methods are available and how long will it take to receive products?

We ship by Air, Ground and Sea depending on where you are located. Air shipping (Air freight or express couriers like UPS and FEDEX) is the fastest, while ground and sea are slower. Shipping time depends on your location and can be calculated online.

Where's my order/can I track delivery progress?

If you ship by express we will provide you a tracking number to track your package. If you ship by truck, air or sea freight you can track through freight forwarder.

What is your return policy and procedure?

After receiving your order, it is your responsibility to check that the items ordered are correct. Return requests must be submitted to customer service within 30-days of receipt of your order. Customers must pay for shipping back to to factory unless not at fault. Returned items must be in original condition or a restocking fee may be applied. OEM/ODM products are non-returnable unless product is deemed defective.

Is there warranty for your products?

We warranty certain products such as our eclipse thermal copier. Please email to inquire about specific items.

How much are custom duties?

Customs duty might be charged depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself.  Whether or not you will be charged and the rate of customs duty depends on the laws of your country.  Please contact the local Customs bureau for more information.  Please note that customers have to pay the customs duty by themselves.

Can I use my own courier?

If you have your own shipping agent within China, you may use your own courier.

What items can I OEM/ODM?

We specialize in tattoo and pmu needles, needle cartridges, inks, disposable and reusable tubes, tattoo machines (rotary, coil and pen), and power supplies but we have the capability to fulfill almost any tattoo or PMU need.

What are minimum order quantities (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on the item. Please refer to our catalog or email us about specific product MOQ.

How does custom branding and packaging work?

Selecting from our current product line, you may custom brand, or repackage any item to your own specific brand.  Minimum orders for custom branding do apply.

Can you help us with the design process?

Yes we can help you with the deisgn process.  Product design, package design, artwork design can all be customized to your requirements.

How long does it take to complete OEM/ODM orders?

Depending on the complexity of the item and the amount of changes required, anywhere from a couple of weeks to a couple of months. Once we work out the details of the project we can give you an estimate time of completion.

How can we improve completion time of OEM/ODM orders?

Having 3D/AutoCAD designs of the product will significantly increase completion times of OEM/ODM orders. Pre-designed artwork and packaging samples will speed up the process as well.
